• Project details — descriptions, photos, measurements, design preferences, budget, and timeline you share so we can prepare a proposal.
• Payment information — when you pay a deposit, progress payment, or final invoice, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Site analytics — non-identifying information about how you use peakoutdoorsliving.com (page views, referring URL, device type) collected via standard web analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote request and prepare proposals;
• Schedule and confirm consultations, design meetings, and crew arrivals;

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate the business (e.g., our CRM, email service, SMS provider, payment processor, accounting software, and document-signing platform). These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.
• Subcontractors and crew assigned to your project, who need your address, contact information, and project details to perform their work.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are excluded from all third-party sharing for marketing.

6. Data Retention

We retain customer records for as long as is necessary to provide our services and to comply with Arizona contractor and tax-record retention requirements (generally a minimum of seven years after project completion). You may request earlier deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.
